3. Delivery of Digital Products
After successful payment, you will receive:

an email confirmation

access to download the purchased files

the ability to re-download the files later through your account, as long as the product remains available
4. Refund Policy (No Returns for Digital Goods)
Because all products are digital files, refunds are not offered once the download is made available.
By completing your purchase, you expressly agree:

that the download is provided immediately,

and that this means the right to withdraw from the purchase is waived (as permitted under EU law for digital goods delivered instantly).
If you experience a technical issue (e.g., corrupt file, wrong file delivered), please contact me via e-mail or Discord (listed at the bottom of the website) and I will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
5. Payments
All payments are processed via third-party providers such as Stripe.
I do not store or process your credit card details.
Payment information is handled according to the privacy policy of the payment provider used.
